For all events that are repair and service-related, please call our office at 912-272-4383 and leave a detailed message describing the issue. All calls received after hours or on weekends will be returned by the end of the day on the next business day.
Our Service Hours are: MON-THUR: 9AM-4:30 | FRI: 9AM-3:30.
Alarm Support & Rapid Response
For all events requiring active alarm support after hours, you can call our Monitoring Station’s Customer Service line: 1800-495-7621.
You can also call our Monitoring Station’s Rapid Response Center for the quickest assistance: 833-697-0365.
Please note you must have your account number and password available to be able to complete the service.
